Welcome

botetourt chamber singers

The Botetourt Chamber Singers – known as the “Bots” – are a chamber choir from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Founded in 1974 as an select offshoot of the William and Mary Choir, it has since become a separate group, much sought-after by members of the Williamsburg community. The Bots sing a variety of choral music ranging from Renaissance madrigals to traditional spirituals and almost everything in between!

International Tour Fund

Every third year since 1978 the Choir has undertaken an international tour. In more recent years, the Botetourts Chamber Singers have joined the Choir in this endeavor. Their most recent tour was to the Baltics and Finland in 2014. We are excited to announce that in May of 2017, they will embark on a journey to South Africa. Your gift toward the next tour will help enrich the lives of our student musicians as we continue to bring to our music to audiences here and abroad.
